I am completely in the loop of Almond milk and I even have found chocolate almond milk in the supermarket, and one without added sugar at that!!! How is one not to buy it? Obviously it ended up in my shopping cart. Despite it having a long shelf life, once opened and in the fridge, it will not last forever, moreover, after a few glasses I realized that I definitely prefer the plain one for my daily needs. So I asked myself: now what? I have to finish this somehow. Then I remembered that I have popsicle molds, so I turned to Pinterest and Crazy for Crust conquer me in one second: only two ingredients in the title and one was NUTELLA. Ok, you win, I have to make this for sure!
My popsicle molds come with yellow plastic sticks, which are totally not my style so I run out to the 99 cent store and bought classic wooden sticks, as you see in the picture. There is nothing better than good old traditions! Ok perfect, I have everything I need at hand, but how will I make the sticks stay centered? And this is where wittiness comes in. I took a sheet of paper and placed it over the mold (positioned in a holder/stand). I marked the center of every mold and made a tiny slit in that spot (tiny so it would not stretch more than needed). Once I poured the mixture into each mold, I placed the sheet of paper over the entire mold and placed the wooden sticks through the slits I made in the paper. What can I say, child’s play!
