<p style="text-align:center;">Una delle colazioni che amo di più.. Mi era avanzato un po&#8217; di latte ed ecco qui l&#8217;idea della domenica mattina.. i pancakes! E perchè non accompagnarlo dall&#8217;<a href="http://www.twinings.it/products-page/classici/intense-premium-tea/">Intense Premium Tea di Twinings</a>? Un tè nero indiano proveniente dalla regione dell&#8217;Assam (India) dal gusto unico, corposo, forte e deciso. L’unica miscela di Twinings con il livello massimo di intensità. Può essere gustato al naturale, oppure con una nuvola di latte, eventualmente addolcito con un po’ di zucchero. Ideale per la colazione e quando si desidera una bevanda rinvigorente.</p>

<p style="text-align:center;">190 gr farina 0</p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:15.68px;">2 uova</span></p>

<p style="text-align:center;">80 gr burro fuso</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">1 cucchiaino bicarbonato,</p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:15.68px;">1 cucchiaio di zucchero</span></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:15.68px;">1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci</span></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:15.68px;">vaniglia e un pizzico di sale</span></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Procedimento</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align:center;">Mischiare il latte con uova, zucchero, burro fuso e vaniglia. A parte setacciare insieme la farina, il bicarbonato, il lievito e il pizzico di sale. Unire i due composti fino ad ottenere una crema liscia senza però mischiare troppo. Versare un mestolo di impasto in un pentolino caldo e cucinare. Servire con fragole, mirtilli, banane, cioccolato, sciroppo d’acero. Io in questo caso ho usato della marmellata ai frutti di bosco!</p>

<p style="text-align:center;"><em>Mix milk, eggs, sugar, melted butter and vanilla. Aside sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Combine the two mixtures until you have a smooth cream without mixing too. Pour a ladle of batter into a hot pan and cook. Serve with strawberries, blueberries, bananas, chocolate, maple syrup. In this case I used the jam with berries!</em></p>

<p style="text-align:center;">2 uova</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">2 cucchiai di zucchero</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">Pizzico di sale</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">Fragole</p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>PROCEDIMENTO</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align:center;">Montare a neve gli albumi delle due uova con il pizzico di sale e tenere da parte. Mixare i due tuorli con lo zucchero fino a quando non si ottiene un composto voluminoso e chiaro. Unire con delicatezza il mascarpone e una volta incorporato tutto aggiungere gli albumi montati a neve poco alla volta utilizzando una spatola e mischiando dall&#8217;alto verso il basso. Lasciar riposare in frigo e dividere il composto all&#8217;interno di vasetti di vetro. Servire con una piccola fragola.</p>

The <a href="http://www.twinings.it/products-page/esotici/voyage-indian-chai/">Twinings Voyage Indian Chai tea</a>, a black Indian tea flavored with cardamom, cloves, ginger and cinnamon. As always, I suggest you drink it natural to not change all the flavors and aromas.</em></p>

<p style="text-align:center;">Dopo qualche post senza ricetta eccone qui uno di cui sono molto orgogliosa <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' />  Mini crostatine alla marmellata accompagnate dal <a href="http://www.twinings.it/products-page/esotici/pure-ceylon-tea/">Pure Ceylon Tea</a> di Twinings, un tè nero prodotto esclusivamente con le migliori foglie di tè raccolte nelle piantagioni di Dimbula, la regione centrale dello Sri Lanka. Ha un colore ramato intenso con un gusto equilibrato ed un sapore morbido e raffinato. Si serve caldo anche accompagnato da una nuvola di latte.</p>

<div style="text-align:center;">150 gr zucchero</div>
<div style="text-align:center;">1 uovo</div>
<div style="text-align:center;">150 gr farina per dolci</div>
<div style="text-align:center;">150 gr di farina di mandorle</div>
<div style="text-align:center;">1 pizzico di noce moscata</div>
<div style="text-align:center;">1 pizzico di cannella in polvere</div>
<div style="text-align:center;">marmellata di fragole</div>

<div style="text-align:center;">Mischiare il burro con lo zucchero e aggiungere successivamente l&#8217;uovo intero. Una volta amalgamato setacciare a parte la farina e la farina di mandorle. Unirle all&#8217;impasto con le spezie fino a quando non si ottiene un composto compatto. Lasciar riposare in frigo per almeno mezzora. Dividere l&#8217;impasto in uno stampo multiplo e fare delle mini crostatine. Aggiungere al centro la marmellata e cucinare per almeno 20 minuti a 170°.</div>
