Mi dispiace molto non aver scritto in questi ultimi giorni, cercherò di farmi perdonare.

Il tema con cui voglio iniziare l’anno è lo Sweet Table, una nuova moda che sta entrando sempre di più nel fatato mondo dei dolci di oggi. Cosa sono? Sono allestimenti su un tema particolare con una ricercatezza al dettaglio direi quasi maniacale, ma oltre questo c’è anche tanta inventiva e creatività per quanto riguarda la vera e propria realizzazione dei dolci. Immancabile è sicuramente la torta, fulcro dell’evento attorno alla quale nascono altri piccoli mondi di cupcakes, cake pops, biscotti, mini drink, cioccolatini decorati, pasticcini, tartine… un vero e proprio tripudio tutto declinato nel tema prescelto.

L’allestimento prevede anche fiori, vasi e dettagli “non commestibili” ma che rendono davvero speciale l’effetto finale. Di recente è partito su Sky un nuovo programma dedicato proprio alle Sweet Table, si chiama Sugar Stars, l’avete visto? Io ovviamente ormai ne sono dipendente!

The theme that I want to start the year is Sweet Table, a new trend that is getting more and more today into the fairy world of the cakes. What are them? Sweet Table are particular topic set-up realized with elegance and obsessive details, but beyond that there is also a lot of imagination and creativity regarding the sweets realization. The cake is the center of the event and around it born other small worlds  of cupcakes, cake pops, cookies, mini drinks, decorated chocolates, pastries, sandwiches … a real riot all declined in the theme.

The exhibition also includes flowers, vases and details “inedible” that make it special for the final effect. Recently started a new program on Sky dedicated just to the Sweet Table, called Sugar Stars, have you seen it?  I’m addicted!
