Hey! It’s been a while I know.. I’m sorry but my job is taking all my energies these days. It’s a good thing as I’m loving what I’m doing but my free time is limited. But now here I am with a weird proposal for Valentine’s Day. I know that all the world is in love on this day but after years of celebrating it I have come to the conclusion that it is all about business and sales and not really about true love…in fact I think Valentine’s Day should be every day if you are truly in love.

This is why I’m coming up with an unusual recipe which is also perfect for a Valentine’s Day hangover from too much champagne…yes because now that I’m single I want to celebrate in a different way and throw a big party with all my friends… As usual

So, these are my first cinnamon rolls ever. I took the recipe from Epicurious and it is pretty easy and fast. I suggest you check them several times while they are cooking because my first pan was overcooked!
