IT’SUGAR. What a smart word play! What’s more immediate than this?! When I went in for the first time in March I felt like I was in Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory (and it’s always been my dream!)

It’s December, it’s the Holiday Season and New York is amazing during this time of the year because of its lights! I was looking for the perfect spot to write about and while I was walking on Downtown Broadway… I SAW IT AGAIN! It’sugar, a place where I would like to live. I’m serious.

The venue is big and as soon as you walk in you’ll feel you’re in heaven (ok maybe in my version of heaven). Every corner, every stand and every box of candy is perfectly positioned, it’s spotless clean and your entire shopping vision is clear.

Candy, lollipops, chewing gum, sugar rocks in all colors you can imagine, candy canes and peppermint candy will enlighten your day. Basically my sugar and adrenaline levels skyrocketed only by looking at all the stuff around me. I was walking around the shop with a small bag in my hands as if I were a pirate who had just discovered the greatest treasure of the world, but instead of jewels and gold coins, I was scraping together chocolate bars and candy!!

Am I crazy? I don’t know.. I think I have an incurable positive disease called: Peter Pan Syndrome.
